Their staffs are also professionals who understand the requirements of the job. The Interviewee in the General Manger of the company. The Skills from the Interview

According to the interviewee, the first skill required is{" "} flexibility. Leaders and planners should be flexible to and to monitor the progress of the events. Any changes in the planning should be accommodated and have ability to adjust to the measures appropriately. Good listeners. The planners should be able to comprehend whatever their stakeholders want from the crucial parts of planning and respond. They may not be in the ground level but their expectations should be satisfied and realistic.

Planners should be passionate. This skill enables the planners to develop creativity and inspirations that makes them come up with a quality design.{" "} Communication is most applicable skill that links all the members involved in planning in order to balance the requirements and logistics from both the stakeholders and relevant personnel as well service providers.{" "} Decision making. The planners should be able to make quick decisions within the stipulated time. This helps them conquer the emergency issues which may arise.{" "} Time Management. Planners must be able to work within the time frame.

Taking in Challenge. A vibrant planner should be able to respond to any challenge that may thrive. These challenges could be testing your attitude or quality of work or patience in service. Therefore, must be experienced to counter the challenges.

Must Be a Professional. Besides offering your services in planning these events, the planner should be well acquainted with knowledge of marketing and creating a broad network to gain more access to other services that may be needed in the planning process.

Experience to work well under pressure. The fact is no matter how organized you may be, some circumstances must always thrive that are out of your control. They be able to adapt to these changes and respond in time.

Timeline and Deadlines. As a planner, they should be in a position to have enough experienced in dealing with budgeting for the requirements, understanding market fluctuations, in order not to overestimate or underestimate the prices of goods and services. They also be deadline friendly by working within the necessary days to avoid rush depending on the bulk of planning requirements.

Stiff Competition. Every organization undergoes competition in order to improve their market demand. Event planners and managers will be affected by this challenge since more service providers thrive with better and modern designs that may outdo the existing ones.

Skills to keep up with Technology. The pace at which the technology changes affects the way in which the some of the operations are done. Planners will be highly affected to catch up with these rising technology to match their standards of quality service deliveries.

Increased Government Regulations. More regulations that may inhibit the operation of the planners are progressively made by the government organization. This may lower their performance in the future. This can also be accompanied by lack of security to events and thus progressive loss in the planners.
