Introduction
Chapter 2 discusses the following examples of IT governance reference models, frameworks and standards:
- ISO 9001
- Six Sigma
- ISO/IEC 27001
- CMMI
- CobiT
- TOGAF
- ITIL
Task
Your task is to research one of the frameworks listed above and present your findings to the class.
In groups of 2 or 3 students:
- Choose one of the frameworks listed above.
- Research to find articles, textbooks and other references on the topic. You must find at least 3 references – One reference for each person in the group.
- Prepare a presentation.
- Your presentation should start by describing the framework that you chose and its intended area of use.
- Your presentation should then discuss the main elements of the selected framework.
- The presentation should not exceed 10 min.
- Each student should be prepared to answer questions about the discussed framework.
- Choose another group, and prepare a question about their selected framework
