What are you required to do:

Based on the brainstorming exercise completed in class or using another relevant idea you have, identify something that can cause stress (presentation and public speaking).
Consider how a person might be able find a solutions for the cause of this stress? Are there outside agencies that can provide for example
Next write down what you will do with this project. Write the terms of reference this will be your proposal. consider the following:
State the stress or you are going to research?
Describe how it can affect people?
What is the support or solution?
How does it work?
What is the theory behind it?
Where can the support be accessed?
When can the support be accessed?
Who can access the support?
How much does it cost?

Your report should be 1000 words long this include your term of reference. It must be fully referenced according to Harvard reference style
