We performed a block ANOVA for the various soil types and seed types. The results from this test showed that block f calc is smaller than f crit. Due to this, we fail to reject the null hypothesis. Therefore we support the claim that there is no difference between the three seed types. In addition, the test showed that the f crit is greater than the f calc for the treatment which means we also fail to reject the null hypothesis for the treatment. This indicates that there is no difference in the soil type for the seeds.
