Medigood Case Assignment Sample Assignment
Case Assignment- Medigood
Author’s Note
Overview
Medigood has been one of the healthcare insurance company and this report will demonstrate a system that can be helpful in developing an efficient and effective system that can allow the organization to accomplish the daily operational activities in less efforts. The proposed system will be helpful in eliminating the existing. System related to the accomplishment of the operational activities and allow the employees and staffs to share their load with the technology. On the other hand it will be helpful in improving the customer relationship with the organization. The proposed system will be helpful in allowing the medical check-up and consulting with the doctor in an efficient and effective manner.
Task 2.1 Work breakdown Structure
There is the need to develop a work breakdown structure as presented below in manner to set strategies for the development of the system.

Task 2.3 Organizational change
The current business process policy and functionalities does not allow sophisticated model for the organization and the employees to effectively deploy the daily operational activities. Thus, it leads to the need of the organization to utilize an information system that can allow the organization and their staffs to effectively manage the operational activities and deliver the necessary outcomes of the organization. This system will be helpful in collecting the data and information through an automated system that can collect and process collected data and information and allow effective and efficient communication between the different functions. The interaction between the doctors and the patients are not getting proper communication platform and those have been leading to certain errors and issues for the management of the daily operational activities. The system is needed for allowing the organization to allowing the doctors and the patients to effectively communicate and the specialists need to be informed remotely within the real time. It will eliminate the additional necessity of meeting the doctors including the healthcare tracking of the patients at the same platform.
The changes need to be controlled and processed in an effective and efficient manner that will include the managerial steps for the successful implementation of the proposed change in the existing system of the organization.
Task 2.4 Screen design

Task 2.5 Acceptance criteria
The acceptance criteria will be determined through analysing the satisfaction level of the customers through collecting their feedbacks and suggestions on how effectively and efficiently, the organization have been delivering the services. The system should be fulfilling the needs and the requirements of the customers and thus, the developed system will be operated through using the existing information of the system. Waterfall methodology framework will be utilized for the proper and effective deployment of the software with an easy user interface system allowing the users to feel free to utilize the services. The system will be collecting personal and sensitive information and hence, the developed system will be highly secured and the users can freely submit share their personal and sensitive information with the organization.
Task 2.6 Application architecture
Figure 5: Application architecture
(Source: Created by Author)
The above diagram demonstrates the application architecture framework that will be allowing proper and effective management of the functions in the system. The architecture has to be able to function at three different layers in manner to process and capture the data and information efficiently. User layer will be collecting and processing the final output of the developed system including the management of the clients, medical systems, laboratories, and other real world application.
The middle layer will be database layer that will be processing the information and data collected from the system layer including the information, commands, and functions executed by the system layer. The lower layer has been the system layer describing the all the operational activities those are necessary for the management of the commands provided by the customers or the accomplishment of the operational activities.
Task 2.7 Report to the client
The proposed system has been a legitimate choice with precise and effective end goal supporting the management system of the Medigood allowing the management of the customers and the operational activities related to the operational activities in far better way. The world is changing and competitors have been utilizing the latest technologies for being ahead in the race however; the same strategy can be utilized by this organization that can support the organization to function the existing processes in an effective and efficient manner. The proposed framework will have easy user interface and effective process for handling the operational activities in an efficient and effective manner. The proposed framework will boost the operational activities and save lots of time for the employees and the staffs providing efficient and accurate calculations. Waterfall methodology can be proposed as the best approach for the delivering of this system within the existing system of the Medigood.
