1-Purchase is at blew the standard value. this might be due to efficiency in purchasing by purchase department.

2-Company might have purchased bulk quantity resulting discount on purchase of bulk quantity.

3-Materials prices decreased unexpectedly in the market.

1- Inexperienced workers. Inexperienced labor will take time to produce the product which will lead to decrease in production of number of units in a specified time.

2- Frequent breakdowns leads to wastage of time. waste of time has direct impact on in shape of less no. of units produced.

3-Shortage of raw materials leads to breakdown in production due to shortage of raw material and ultimately efficiency get effected due to breakdown.
