Despite all the constraints, we were able to deliver the project on time and within the required budget. |
Having big changes in key variables such as delivery date and budget was really impacting. | |||

Always be ready to adapt to new circumstances, scenarios and constraints, having risk management plans ready to be put in action. | ||||
When one member of the team needs additional help, do it right away to prevent that his performance affects the team and to make sure the team keep working in a symbiotic way. | ||||
Next steps / improvement plans | ||||
The first thing to be done is work in the follow up of the project, because since we had that deduction in the delivery date, we didn’t focused enough on that matter. | ||||
The second thing is develop more risk management plans, because it was clear that for some issues we weren’t fully prepared and if we had a plan already made, it would be much easier to handle some situatuions. | ||||
