Project brief
Project purpose and rationale To enhance customer goodwill and satisfy its legal and ethical obligations, Max Lionel Realty (MLR) has taken a decision to implement a business project.

Project purpose MLR is asked for the building of great reputation for its client goodwill and satisfy them with legal and ethical obligations to initiate the plan by announcing those such as WHS and other code of conducting to its agents. In addition, MLR look forward to the final achievement of the project when it not only manages but also provide quality standards:
- State legal obligation and REIV obligations clearly for all teammates in order to offer the most support to company project.
- Align with the client requirement and needs such as fair, language flexibility.
Background and strategic context First founded in 2008 by Max Lionel, the company has about 100 employees till now, 80 of them are licensed real estate agents. MLR runs its property sales and residential and commercial rentals for its wide range of clients with the help of MLR’s agents; also it takes participant in property and land development and other investment activities. To gain its mission and vision, MLR commits to:
